Your School Supplies online purchase is made in a secure environment and information collected is for filling your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

MAILING IN PAYMENTS AND PURCHASE ORDERS

Mailing in your payment will cause your order to be delayed 7-10 business days while funds clear. After this period, your order will be processed by School Supplies for shipping.

SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE:  Items that state ' Additional Shipping Charges Apply ' have to be delivered Oversized Carrier, or via TRUCK LINE (such as assembled furniture & items too large to ship UPS/Fedex).  This may also include some liquid items, such as paint & glue, ordered in large quantities or bulk paper product purchases. If an item has additional shipping due, we will contact you with costs and get your approval before charging extra fees.

Shipping Times may vary, however most supplies ship in 2-5 business days from the order date, while furniture and some equipment may take 1-3 weeks to ship.  Stated lead time excludes holidays and weekends.  Allow 2-6 business days for items to arrive once shipped. NOTE:  IF YOU PURCHASE MULTIPLE ITEMS, EXPECT MULTIPLE BOXES TO ARRIVE.

Shipping Costs - Most items ship UPS or FedEx, however if your items requires large truck freight, (such as assembled cubbies, cabinets, etc., and other large furniture items) you will be notified as additional shipping charges may apply.  Otherwise, upon checkout your shipping costs will be displayed.  Large orders (over $1000) may qualify for FREE SHIPPING - CALL US - regardless of our current specials and / or shipping charges.  If your order qualifies, your shipping charges will be refunded if your credit card was charged, and you will be notified.

Shipments arriving damaged  and/or incorrect orders  - Please inspect all packages for accuracy and note any damages on driver's bill of lading if possible.  Note: If an item is damaged call us immediately so that we can remedy your issue / order discrepancy.

RETURNS

All returns MUST be approved by us and require a Return Authorization Number.  Please call us to request a return.  All returns are subject to restocking and shipping fees, call for details.  If your purchase was shipped on a FREE SHIPPING special, you will be charged back the original shipping.  You are also responsible to pay any return shipment fees.

We will not accept returns on special order or custom made items, or partially used items.
Items must be in unused condition and have original packaging.
